We carry out debt collection efforts performed by expert executives

Netpag provides a pre-legal debt collection service that includes debt collection efforts carried out by expert executives supported by all omnichannel tools (text messages, interactive text messages, email, robotic and traditional phone calls) necessary for the recovery of delinquent accounts. Our aim is to establish direct contact with the client in order to achieve debt payment through a negotiative relationship, thus avoiding the initiation of a lawsuit.

Once all collection efforts have been exhausted and if the debt becomes uncollectible, our clients have the opportunity to obtain a certificate of debt write-off for debts up to 50 UF. This certificate allows (enables tb es una opcion) them to deduct the corresponding amount from their taxable income for income tax purposes, resulting in a tax benefit equivalent to 27% of the total written-off credit amount.
